- Ryan O'Connor appeared in Palmetto Reach vendor access logs 31 times between 2011 and 2015 as an HVAC technician for Sunstate Comfort Services.
- Ryan O'Connor previously worked about two years as a pharmacy technician at a regional compounding pharmacy that distributed Cardivex sample packs.
- A responding officer noted an empty blister pack labeled Cardivex on Harvey Baker’s counter but it was not collected as evidence.
