Hey there, I'm Julia Cartwright, and I'm so glad you found your way here today. Whether you're starting your morning feeling rushed, stuck in the afternoon slump, or just carrying the weight of the week in your shoulders, you've come to the right place. We're going to spend some time together doing what I call "melting into ease," and I promise it's going to feel like the best decision you've made all day. Find yourself somewhere comfortable, even if it's just a quiet corner of your couch or a spot on your floor. You don't need anything fancy. Just you, and a few minutes of your time. Go ahead and settle in now, and when you're ready, we'll begin. I want you to imagine your breath is like a gentle tide rolling in and out on a quiet beach. There's no rush, no performance, just the natural rhythm of the ocean doing what it's always done. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four, and as you do, notice the cool air entering. Then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six, and feel yourself sinking a little deeper into relaxation. Let's do that a few more times together. In for four, out for six. In for four, out for six. Now I'm going to guide you through something I call the Body Softening. Starting at the crown of your head, bring your attention there and imagine warmth, like honey, slowly melting down. Feel any tension you're holding release and drip down your face, your neck, and your shoulders. You might notice a slight heaviness, and that's exactly right. That's relaxation saying hello. Keep that warm honey moving down your arms all the way to your fingertips. Down through your chest, your belly, letting everything you've been gripping today just soften. Down through your hips, your legs, all the way to the soles of your feet. There's nothing to do right now. Nothing to fix or figure out. Just you, melting into this moment like snow in spring sunshine. Take three more breaths here, letting your body sink deeper with each exhale. As we finish up, remember this feeling. You can return to it anytime. Tomorrow, when stress starts creeping in, take just one conscious breath and remember this easiness you've found. It's always there, waiting for you. Thank you so much for spending this time with me on Relaxation. If this resonated with you, please subscribe so you never miss a moment of peace. You deserve this, and I'll see you next time.
