A five-by-eight black journal sealed with a red elastic band appeared inside a locked bait shop at 5:41 a.m., its inside cover bearing the name of a man who had vanished: Ross Harrison. The diary’s last entry was routine, but a September note about a metal cage on the seafloor tied Ross to a salvage operator with a changed name - so who left the book, and why was it placed where someone would find it?
In this episode, we follow how Detective Craig Henderson responds to a missing-person report, the discovery of Ross’s journal, and the threads that link Ross to a decades-old disappearance; what starts as a found notebook quickly raises the question of whether curiosity about the seabed cost a life.
