  • Milwaukee Kingpin Becomes Franchise Owner: The Paul Moore Story
    2025/12/02

On today’s episode of The In N Out Podcast, we sit down with Paul “Smalls” Moore — a former Milwaukee supplier who walked away from the drug game at the top and transformed his life through entrepreneurship, real estate, and faith.

Growing up in a two-parent home, the streets found Paul early. After starting with small thefts as a kid, he was introduced to selling drugs and quickly became a major supplier in Milwaukee. By 22 years old, Paul was already a young millionaire with a long-term plan to exit the life.

But everything changed with a 1996 arrest involving 50 kilos and $300,000 — a case that wouldn’t come back to haunt him until five years later, when he and others were indicted on federal charges carrying a minimum of 10 years. After he and his associates received life sentences, Paul’s path took a very different turn.

In this powerful interview, Paul shares:

🔥 How he used his drug money to buy real estate before ever being indicted

🔥 Why he walked away from the streets at the peak of his success

🔥 The wild story of returning to claim an impounded car a year later—with the drugs and money still inside

🔥 How he rebuilt his life through entrepreneurship, including Socks & Bottoms, Socks and Beyond, and his cigar line “Cigars & Prayer”

🔥 What he learned from gambling, the music industry, prison, and redemption

🔥 Why he believes every hustler needs an exit strategy

If you’re interested in stories of resilience, transformation, and building real wealth after incarceration — this episode is a must-watch.

  • 🎥 From Prison Law Library to BET+: The Story of Shaun Sinclair
    2025/07/16

In this powerful interview, Shaun Sinclair shares his remarkable journey from the streets of Atlantic Beach, SC—known locally as The Black Pearl—to becoming a self-taught filmmaker, author, and student of life. At just 21 years old, Shaun entered prison, but instead of letting the time break him, he used it to transform. For the first five years, he immersed himself in the study of law, Spanish, and Islam, ultimately becoming a Sunni Muslim while incarcerated.

Shaun opens up about one of the most emotional moments of his sentence—his mother visiting him in prison for the first time, and how it shifted something deep inside him. He also recounts a harrowing family story where his aunt ordered a hit on his father, which led to his uncle executing the hit. Shaun was convicted—but later had his conviction reversed based on self-defense and was eventually exonerated after representing himself (pro se), thanks to his dedication in the prison law library.

With a life shaped by both the military and prison, Shaun used those experiences to fuel a new chapter. He secured a book deal while still behind bars, later producing a documentary called "Behind The Pen", and breaking into the film industry as a writer, producer, and director. His favorite project to date, "Sex Mogul", was released in 2024, joining other successful titles like "Sugar Baby" and "The Setup", which have aired on BET+ and other platforms.

This is more than a story of redemption—it's a story of reinvention, resilience, and rising above the odds.

  • 🎥 Part 4: Betrayed, Locked Up Again & Parenting From Prison – The Story of Andre Willis
    2025/06/25

In Part 4 of this gripping series, Andre Willis shares the heartbreaking and humbling chapter of his third trip to prison—this time, after being set up by a close friend of 30 years. Despite saving this man's life during their first bid together, Andre trusted him with a favor that turned into a setup. The friend requested a drug order and took it directly to the DEA, proving just how dangerous it is to do favors when the stakes are high.

Andre reflects on the pain of letting his family down once again, especially having to leave behind his 9-year-old daughter. Though the betrayal runs deep, he owns the consequences and places the responsibility on himself, not shifting the blame to anyone else. With 9 children, 15 grandchildren, and a broken relationship with his oldest daughter, Andre speaks candidly about the emotional cost of incarceration.

This time around, Andre is focused on staying constructive—he plans to write a book from prison and create resources to help guide the youth, especially those at risk of repeating cycles of trauma and poor choices. He dives deep into the complexities of parenting from prison, urging free parents to let incarcerated parents still play a role in their children’s lives. “Kids want to feel connected,” he says. “We have to work together to make sure that happens—even from behind bars.”

Andre also challenges the mindset of blaming others for our situations, saying bluntly: "Stop blaming white people for our problems." He speaks about environmental change, accountability, and what it means to really transform. He drops this wisdom:

“What you live, you learn. What you learn, you practice. And what you practice, you become.”

This is not just a story about prison—it’s a lesson in choices, community, parenting, and change.

📢 Watch, share, and take in the wisdom of a man determined to turn pain into purpose.

    2025/05/21

🎥 In Part 2 of our interview with Andre Willis, we dive into his first experience behind bars and the harrowing events that led to it. He recounts a shocking incident where a police recruit jumped out of a window after being tortured, and how the state couldn’t locate him but the feds eventually did. Andre also breaks down what most people don’t understand about RICO and conspiracy cases, shedding light on how these charges can trap entire communities.
