Dr. Carolyn Owen, Chair of the Canadian Hematology Consensus Group (CHCG), introduces the CHCG and discusses its mission to develop evidence-based Canadian consensus recommendations in areas of unmet need in hematology. In this video, Dr. Owen highlights the group’s multidisciplinary expert panel, rigorous methodology, and current initiatives, including consensus papers on relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma and first-line diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

The CHCG was founded by Anna Christofides, President of IMPACT Medicom Inc. and Founder & Managing Director of the CHCG, to provide the scientific and operational infrastructure required to develop high-quality Canadian consensus recommendations and support knowledge translation in hematology.
