I recently received a diagnosis of adenomyosis (maybe) and it has been such a wake up call for me to heal. My body is talking to me. Too much stress and chronic nervous system dysregulation over the years has sent my body into inflammation station. I talk about my call to heal, and how I am approaching this diagnosis with a more holistic, spiritual and emotional approach.
