What if we remembered that we are enough? What happens when we know we have choices, that things can be done differently and that we are all full of potential?

In this Podcast we share stories, experiences and tools, our own as well as others who join us to share their journey towards enoughness. We challenge cultural beliefs and patterns, and draw on the Wisdom of Nature exploring how all of this can support us in seeing our wholeness and create new possibilities.

  • Are You Chasing Safety Or Creating Wholeness
    2026/06/25

“Safe space” is a popular phrase, but what does it look like when real people walk into a room with real histories, triggers, opinions, and nerves?

Lyn Man is joined by Mark Henderson, Alex Papworth, and Scott Plate to unpack psychological safety and emotional safety with honesty, nuance, and a few unexpected lessons from the natural world.

We explore the uncomfortable truth that facilitators cannot decide whether someone feels safe, even with the best intent. What we can do is build the conditions: people feeling seen and heard, clear group guidelines, and simple covenants like slowing down and leaving a pause after someone shares. We also talk about what happens when it goes wrong and why repair matters more than perfection, including the courage it takes to say “that did not land for me” and the ongoing commitment that makes those words possible.

The conversation widens into relational safety, nervous system co-regulation, and the inner work that helps us show up with curiosity instead of judgement. From family stories about acceptance and becoming, to heart coherence and the way group energy spreads, we keep returning to the same point: shared safety helps all of us access wholeness and live from enoughness. If this resonates, subscribe, share with someone who leads groups, and leave us a review so more people can find the show.

  • Increase your Capacity for Change: Let your Body Lead
    2026/06/11

Your life can look fine on paper and still feel unbearable in your body. That disconnect sits at the heart of our conversation with Shannon Eastman, founder of the HOSA Institute and co-architect of Human Operating System Architecture (HOSA).

We talk candidly about what happens when years of personal development, mindset training and “doing all the right things” still do not create change that holds, and why that is often a capacity problem rather than a character flaw.

We unpack capacity as biological and physiological bandwidth: the internal space that lets you take a hit, process it, and carry on without collapsing into shutdown or burning everything down in defence. Shannon shares the HOSA governing equation for recovery capacity (total energy minus (biological load plus threat load)) and explains why the body’s top priorities are survival and safety, not your goals and thriving. That framing makes burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, brain fog and trauma responses easier to understand, because they are often the system reallocating energy towards protection.

We also get practical. We discuss chronobiology and circadian rhythm as overlooked levers for nervous system regulation, why light and darkness shape serotonin and melatonin, and how simple breath patterns with a longer exhale can signal safety and bring repair back online.

If you’ve felt stuck despite insight, this will give you a clearer map and a kinder next step. Subscribe for more conversations like this, share with someone who’s running on empty, and leave a review with the one idea you’re taking into your week.

  • The Nature Embedded Mind
    2026/05/28

“We are nature” is a comforting phrase until you notice how often you live like you’re outside of it.

I sit down with Julie Brams, author of The Nature Embedded Mind, to explore what actually helps that idea land in the body not as a belief, but as a lived experience that changes how we breathe, choose, and relate.

Julie brings her work as an earth-centred psychotherapist and a nature and forest therapy guide, unpacking why reconnection is an experiential healing. We talk about forest bathing and nature therapy as a repeatable practice: starting with the senses, letting the human “expert” step back, and allowing other-than-human beings to become our teachers. Along the way we explore a simple but profound reframe: what if the question “What can I give?” is a better starting point than “What can I get?”

We also get practical and evidence-based, touching on the science around stress, cortisol, nervous system regulation, and immune function, and why these benefits may be the body returning to reality rather than gaining a “boost”. From there we widen the lens to culture: separation, ranking, and the way “Am I enough?” grows out of a worldview that forgets we are linked not ranked. Julie shares why trust, intuition, and what she calls mental sovereignty matter, especially when shame tells us to stay small.

If you’ve been craving belonging, steadiness, and a more grounded relationship with the Earth, press play. Subscribe, share this with someone who needs a breath of wildness, and leave us a review to help more listeners find the path back to enoughness.
