概要

What if we remembered that we are enough? What happens when we know we have choices, that things can be done differently and that we are all full of potential?

In this Podcast we share stories, experiences and tools, our own as well as others who join us to share their journey towards enoughness. We challenge cultural beliefs and patterns, and draw on the Wisdom of Nature exploring how all of this can support us in seeing our wholeness and create new possibilities.

  • When The Old Story Breaks
    2026/11/01

The moment you realise you’ve been living for an audience can be both brutal and freeing.

I sit down with Aaron Quinn, founder of Laughing Heart, to talk about the point where the story you tell about your life stops fitting and what it really takes to write a truer one. We go back to his early solo travel, the shock of feeling “uninteresting”, and the later lightning strike of recognising he could resign from a career that looked good on paper but did not feel like his life.

From there, we get practical about life transitions. We unpack why so many of us “jump off the cliff” and immediately grab a branch, clinging to a safer identity because the unknown feels unbearable. Aaron shares the messy middle: self-doubt, the inner critic, and the strange grief of ending a past life, plus the difference between a surface-level change and a genuine internal transition where something new can emerge.

We also explore the practices that make surrender possible: mindfulness, learning to listen to the body, and returning to curiosity and wonder instead of judgement. Aaron breaks down the pillars behind Laughing Heart and the Odyssey retreat work in Greece, using The Odyssey as a powerful metaphor for coming home to essence. We finish with a bigger question about society, imagination, and the belief that “that’s just the way it is”, and what becomes possible when we refuse that story.

If this conversation resonates, subscribe so you do not miss what’s next, share it with someone in a season of change, and leave a review to help more people find the path back to enoughness.

  • Natural Alchemy: Learning to Trust your own Enoughness
    2026/10/15

If you’ve ever felt the pressure to “fix yourself” just to keep up, this conversation offers a different doorway. We sit down with Alex Papworth, Scott Plate, and Mark Henderson to share the essence of a year-long collaborative project we call Natural Alchemy, a practice rooted in enoughness, nature connection, and the simple (but radical) idea that you don’t need to become more valuable.

We explore how alchemy is often misunderstood as turning something ordinary into gold, and why Natural Alchemy flips that story. Rather than chasing constant achievement, we talk about personal transformation as remembering: reclaiming the wisdom, capacity, and life force that are already present. Along the way we unpack emotional acceptance (there are no “bad” feelings), the community garden metaphor (yes, even the compost has a role), and why lived experience, including disappointment and so-called failure, can become fertile material for growth.

Uncertainty gets a full spotlight, because it’s where many of us tighten, perform, or reach for quick answers. We discuss what it takes to stay with the discomfort, meet core fears with compassion, and build the relational support that helps these practices become normal in everyday life. We also reflect on the body’s role in remembering, how insight can arrive as a felt sense, and why connection to self, others, Earth, and the wider web of life changes what we think is possible.

If you’re curious about coaching, somatic awareness, nature practice, and building real-world impact from an honest inner foundation, press play. Subscribe, share this with someone who needs it, and leave us a review with your biggest takeaway.

  • Forget being perfect; authenticity is what builds trust
    2026/10/01

Perfectionism can look like professionalism, until your body starts sending louder messages.

We sit down with Marie Dove, an embodiment coach and nature-based practitioner, to talk about what happens when you are the one “holding it all together” and chronic migraines force you to slow down. The conversation is honest about the behind-the-scenes reality of supporting others: the self-doubt after sessions, the pressure to get it right, and the quiet fear that vulnerability will make us seem less capable.

We dig into embodiment coaching, somatic experiencing, and nervous system regulation in plain language. Marie shares how learning to be with discomfort gently, without shaming it and without trying to “fix” it on command, changes everything. We also explore emotional safety in women’s circles, and why it is often our authenticity, not our expertise, that helps others soften and open.

From there we move into nature as a co-regulator, the role of movement and micro breaks in a stress-heavy world, and the return of playfulness and voice, including the very relatable “chanting shame” moment. If you have ever felt stuck in fight or flight, burnt out in caring roles, or tired of the endless self-improvement loop, this one offers grounded relief and practical perspective.

If it resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs permission to soften, and leave a review so more people can find the path back to enoughness.
