I spent a year studying leadership because I thought I needed to become a different person.
More confident. More charismatic. Better at speaking. Better at handling difficult conversations.
But somewhere along the way, I realised I might have been asking the wrong question.
Instead of asking, “What do I need to become?”, I started asking, “What do I already have?”
This video is about what I discovered through my MBA leadership journey, strengths, self-awareness, purpose, practice, and the uncomfortable process of seeing yourself through other people's eyes.
Maybe becoming a better leader isn't about becoming someone else.
Maybe it's about understanding who you already are and choosing to use your strengths more intentionally.
