Hey hey my good friends! Long time no see huh? Well during the month of February & March I was working on my first community conference The Imperfected Beauty of Sisterhood a conference that celebrates, black & brown girl/womanhood, our crowns, our culture and the art of true identity and learning to become your best self.. more details to come about that event, in the later months to come!
While im pretty sure you read the caption & yes it is time to celebrate again! With this series I LUV MUSIC MONTH, which is centered around highlighting music creatives through interactive, experience-based episodes. The series is also leading into a poetry slam event I’m hosting with another Abu who is on our first episode of the month, in celebration of Sierra Leone’s 65th Independence Day! We’re bringing you through different parts of west Africa and bringing the diaspora together in a cultural, educational and musical experience!
