  • Still on the Line: Jamilla “Millie” Smith

    In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers: On December 2, 2023, 30-year-old mother of two Jamilla Shanae “Millie” Smith called 911 twice in one day from Aiken County, South Carolina. In her final call, she told dispatchers her ex-boyfriend had broken into her home and was chasing her down the road. Dispatchers could hear her screaming. After that, she was not heard from again. More than five months later, Millie’s remains were found in a wooded area. In 2025, her ex-boyfriend pleaded guilty to her murder. Prosecutors also charged two other men in connection with helping conceal what happened to Millie.
