Apostle Allison Smith Conliff delivers a message grounded in John 6, focusing on unwavering commitment to Christ, spiritual order, divine accountability, and the nature of God's Kingdom.
Apostle Conliff warns believers against turning their backs on Jesus or giving away their salvation regardless of the trial, whether financial crisis, debt, academic pressure, lost relationships, or grief. She emphasizes that human wisdom, intellect, and charisma are foolishness compared to God's wisdom. Believers must depend on God's Word, recognizing that human righteousness is as filthy rags.
Examining Jesus' teaching in John 6 on eating His flesh and drinking His blood, Apostle Conliff clarifies that this represents spiritual oneness and a covenant memorial rather than physical consumption. She outlines the divine order of the Church: salvation is followed by water baptism to fulfill all righteousness. Taking communion without proper spiritual alignment and baptism does not yield the divine results intended by God's established institution.
Apostle Conliff uses a vivid analogy comparing earthly employment benefits (such as at Metanol, Metanex, PCS, or government agencies) to the Kingdom of God. Just as an employee cannot claim a retirement package from a company where they never worked, individuals living ungodly lives cannot expect a heavenly "retirement package" or crown of righteousness upon death. While mercy is available on earth, judgment awaits at the crossover, and eternal surplus is reserved for those who labor faithfully and live holy lives.
The sermon delivers direct practical exhortations for daily Christian living:
- Purity: Using Mary's purity as an example, Apostle Conliff urges youth to maintain moral purity and wait for a spouse rather than yielding to worldly pressure and premature hardship.
- Kingdom Investment: She commends church members who labor late into the night preparing God's house, noting that God honors faithful investment of time and strength.
- Immediate Obedience: Believers are instructed not to "stick" or hesitate when God gives a word, but to activate divine instructions immediately.
- Honor and Kindness: Citing a funeral experience, she urges believers to honor and bless loved ones while they are alive rather than weeping bitter tears when it is too late.
Apostle Conliff stresses that the Kingdom of God is a Theocracy where God rules sovereignly, not a democracy where human opinion dictates divine action. She calls for a teachable spirit, warning against bringing old worldly associations into God's kingdom. Believers must guard their hearts against digital distractions and mockers of God, refusing to share in foolishness or blasphemous media.
Reflecting on John 6:60–68, Apostle Conliff notes that when Jesus preached hard truths, many grumbling disciples drew back and walked with Him no more. Addressing Jesus' question to the twelve, "Will you also go away?", she echoes Peter's declaration that only Christ has the words of eternal life. She warns against putting money before the Master (noting Judas' betrayal) and concludes with an urgent call to stay anchored in Jesus as our Fortress and Rock.
