Hulu is releasing a new three-part true-crime docuseries titled Get Huge: Looksmaxxing to Death, which mistakenly had been rumored to focus entirely on the prominent internet personality Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular. Instead of profiling Peters, the upcoming project investigates the hazardous subculture of looksmaxxing and a suspicious fatality that occurred in Thailand. Although Peters previously issued a cease-and-desist letter because creators filmed him without authorization at a fashion show, his involvement in the actual show is minimal. Meanwhile, the young influencer faces separate serious felony charges including rape and drugging, though he maintains his innocence and claims the accusations are financially motivated. Produced by prominent industry companies and directed by Stacey Lee, the series is scheduled to premiere in November to expose the darker side of online male influencer culture.
