Children do not automatically become confident communicators as they get older. They learn by watching us, practicing with us, and being given opportunities to speak for themselves.
In this episode, I explain why teaching our kids to communicate is part of discipleship—not merely preparation for school or a future career. I also share practical ways dads can help children develop confidence, clarity, eye contact, strong body language, and the ability to speak graciously with different kinds of people.
The goal is not to force our kids into uncomfortable situations. It is to prepare them, practice with them, and gradually let them handle real conversations for themselves.
