How do you plan the team you will need as your business develops?

When you are building a business, planning your team is not only about deciding who to hire. It also means thinking about what work needs to be done, what skills are needed, which roles may become necessary at different stages of business growth, and what kind of work environment you want to create.

In this episode, I talk with Melek Akan, who is currently validating an early-stage business concept. We discuss how to approach team planning, hiring, team structure, and decisions about which activities to keep in-house and which to outsource. These considerations can be useful not only when starting a business, but also when you already have a team.
