We talk about the power of Mass, confession, and prayer as "spiritual muscle memory" that prepares your heart for covenant love. We share how to grow in the fruits of the Spirit (and yes, we explain why the fruit of the Spirit is definitely not a coconut), how to practice humility and forgiveness now, and why emotional discipline matters more than you think.

We also get real about the spiritual battles you'll face in marriage, how to recognize when something's off spiritually, and practical ways to build habits of sacrifice and self-gift before you say "I do." Plus, we share vulnerable moments from our own marriage where prayer literally saved us in heated moments.
