2 oz gin

¾ oz Lillet Rosé

¼ oz fino sherry

1 barspoon Luxardo Maraschino

1 barspoon St-Germain

2 dashes orange bitters

1 lemon twist

“Flip the Script”

2 oz Gin (Griffo)

.75 oz Fresh squeezed Lime Juice

.5 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup

.5 oz Blood Orange Bitters

1 egg white

Shaken and poured into chilled glass

“Campari Spritzer”

3 oz white wine

Splash Campari

Top off with soda water

“Diamond Fizz”

2 oz dry gin

1 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

Mix together with ice

Pour in a glass, add ice, and top with Champagne

Beer
