½ oz St-Germain

½ oz Lemon juice

¼ oz Fernet Branca

1 barspoon Absinthe

pinch of cayenne

shake with ice

strain into a chilled coupe

garnish with a Cucumber coil

“Poisoned Dragon”

6 oz hot Green Tea

4 oz warm White Wine (Stella Rosa Moscato D’asti)

1.5 oz Orange Whiskey

.5 oz lemon simple syrup

1 oz Mandarin Orange juice

Garnish with 4 mandarin orange
