In this talk, Ajahn Brahm discusses how he copes with being a "high flyer," or someone who travels frequently for work. He talks about how he stays grounded and avoids feeling guilty for the environmental impact of flying. He also shares a story about working hard when building a monastery and receiving unexpected tasks which relate to the Buddhist principle of living in the present moment. Ajahn Brahm emphasizes the importance of having faith and not worrying about the future.
