このコンテンツについて
Dr. Iman Sadri has been a dentist for 17 years. He has a great passion for teeth whitening especially with the science of the Kor Whitening deep bleaching system. The only true system for teeth whitening that predictably whitens teeth.
Dr. Sadri has noticed during the process of teeth whitening for his patients that their teeth and gums actually get cleaner with plaque reduction. Teeth whitening was inadvertently discovered when periodontists were working on formulations to break down plaque. They noticed that hydrogen peroxide in a gel form breaks down plaque and as a result, stains are also removed. So teeth whitening was discovered by chance in the 1950s.
When patients whiten their teeth at home, the peroxide gel also breaks down plaque and some calculus. If the whitening trays touch at the crevice of the gumline the gel also breaks down plaque in those gum areas. However, whitening trays should be formulated so the whitening gel doesn't get too much on the gums and where saliva doesn't interfere with the gel during at home whitening.
