In today’s sports world, recruiting often centers on what a program can offer you—playing time, opportunity, facilities, NIL, exposure, and a pathway to the next level. But when Jesus recruited people to follow Him, His pitch sounded radically different:

Count the cost. Carry your cross. Put Me first. Follow Me.
