I am a first-generation, triple-minority who grew up in poverty. And before I was 30 years old, I built a decade-long career at The Walt Disney Company. I hired in as a Custodial Cast Member and was able to work my way up to holding one of the most coveted roles at the resort, VIP Tour Guide, but that was only the beginning, I ended up managing the VIP Tours & Club 33 Member Services department. I left the company in November so I am ditching the customer service voice and spilling all the tea! This Podcast covers my experiences, toxic work cultures, and the decline of hospitality.
