The Horizon League just unveiled its 2027 men’s and women’s basketball tournament brackets — and it’s bigger, bolder, and brand new. The action heads to Riverview Health Arena in Noblesville, Indiana, a sleek 3,400-seat venue built for championship vibes. With reseeding and top teams getting byes, the league rewards regular-season dominance. Men’s field shrinks to 11 teams after Detroit Mercy’s academic eligibility issues, kicking off with a play-in on March 1st, while the women’s bracket stays full at 12 teams. Both tournaments culminate in March Madness bids on March 9th, with semifinals and finals packed into a thrilling weekend. Plus, Wright State fans can grab season tickets now to fuel their home-court hype — because this year, the league’s got momentum, and you’re invited to ride it.
