Poison the spring, and you poison everything downstream. But here is where the message turns from conviction to hope: none of these conditions are permanent. God does not patch up old hearts. He replaces them entirely. Ezekiel 36:26 describes a divine heart transplant, and that is exactly what is available to each of us.
