What does it mean to be “Christian-ish”?

In this message, we launch a new series exploring the dangers of half-hearted faith and selective obedience. Using practical stories and biblical examples like King Saul (1 Samuel 15), we’ll uncover how small compromises—and the whispers of sin—can keep us stuck in name-only Christianity.

Join us as we discover how God calls us beyond surface-level faith to full surrender, true obedience, and the blessings that come by grace through faith in Jesus Christ

This week’s message, “All for One and One for All,” explores what authentic, Jesus-centered community looks like through Acts 2:42–47.

In a world where it’s easy to stay on the surface, the early church shows us a model of devotion—committed to the message of the gospel, united by a shared mission, and continually growing as God adds to their number.

The sermon highlights three essentials for building a healthy church community:

1. A community that believes the message of Jesus and is fully committed to sharing His hope.

2. A community bought into the mission—marked by sacrificial generosity and unity around what truly matters.

3. A growing community, supporting and inviting others to belong, believing that Christ is still gathering people to Himself.

Discover how “all for one and one for all” can transform church from just another gathering into a family where everyone has a place at the table—because here, everyone gets a cup.

Are we searching for purpose in our careers, relationships, or possessions—hoping the next milestone will finally satisfy? This message invites us to consider: what is the treasure we’re really seeking?

Drawing from Jesus’ parables in Matthew 13:44-46, discover how the Kingdom of God is a treasure so valuable that, once found, it is worth joyfully giving up everything to possess.

44 “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.” Matthew 13:44

These verses call us to go “all in” for Christ—not just adding Him to our lives, but surrendering everything for the sake of what truly lasts. Earthly treasures fade, but the life Jesus offers will never be taken away.

John 10:10 “…I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

There is a treasure that satisfies every longing, and His name is Jesus.
