Khari sits down to chat with his high school teammate, Caleb Vanderburg, to discuss his life as an assistant head coach for Prolific Prep. Prolific Prep is world-class prep basketball program that has been featured constantly in the Dick's/Geico/Chipotle national championship for high school basketball. Some former players within the program include Jalen Green, Josh Jackson, Darryn Peterson, AJ Dybantsa, Tyran Stokes, and plenty of other college/NBA players.

The two reconnect and break down the current world of high school recruiting, how NIL and agents have changed the recruiting pitch, and how an influx of international players and super seniors have impacted high school players opportunities. To tie in the episode to UVA, the duo discusses what the recruiting pitch to Prolific Prep has been from Ryan Odom and his coaching staff.

To close out the pod, Caleb gets to live out as a fan and discuss some of the moments coaching has provided him that he wouldn't have believed growing up.
