In today's episode, we talk about life updates and how taking mental and physical breaks is important for our health, and how to prioritize tasks to avoid overburning. Not only are breaks necessary, but we touch base on how to juggle travel with work. In this episode, we discuss my experience at Coco Rocha's Model, how to apply, cost, and overall what the schedule entails, and lastly my overall thoughts on the camp. Today I interviewed Brazilia, a childhood friend whose now in New York living her manifested life.
