A coach who knows how to run a well organized and structured practice will get the most out of their athletes during those sessions. If we expect our athletes to give their best effort and focus during practice, then we need to make sure we have a practice plan that provides them with the opportunity to do so. The more intentional the practice plan, the more effective the practice will be.
