I've created this audio file to help guide you through panic, so that you can reconnect to and calm your body. The hope is that once the body is calm, it will signal to your mind that you are safe, and you can begin to emotionally process what needs to be considered.The body and the mind speak slightly different languages, and the body must feel safe before the mind can deconstruct.Many of the techniques I use in the meditation combine psychology, somatic principles, and even spirituality--combining these help you take the blinders off that happen during panic/cPTSD.If you find relief from this meditation, I also offer personalized, customized meditations based on your specific needs.
