- The suspect, Chad Morgan, had made forty-seven documented service visits to the neighboring commercial building between January 2013 and his arrest.
- Amanda lived on Calloway Drive for nineteen years, lost her husband Ray in 2011, and maintained a Thursday bridge club for eleven years.
