    Lyrics to Magnificat

    Magnificat.

    My soul magnifies the Lord,

and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,

he has looked on the lowliness of his servant.

For behold, behold from now on

    all generations will call me blessed;

all generations will call me blessed; I am blessed

for the Mighty One has done great things for me,

and holy, holy is his name.

And his mercy is there for those who fear him

    from generation to generation.

from generation to generation. We are blessed

    He has shown great strength with his arm;

    he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;

he has brought down the mighty from their thrones

and exalted the lowly of heart

and exalted the lowly of heart

He has filled the hungry with good things,

and the rich he has sent away empty.

He has helped his servant Israel,

in remembrance of his great mercy,

as he spoke to our fathers,

to Abraham and to his offspring forever."

    My soul magnifies the Lord,

and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,

in remembrance of his great mercy,

in remembrance of his great mercy,

Lyrics to "We Look to You"

    When it all falls apart,
    Our treasures in the dark,
You shine as the one who cares, the image of God's heart.
    The firstborn over all,
    Before the world began,
By You the stars were spoken, and our lives held in Your hands.

    Chorus:

We look to You, the image of the Father

    Holding all things together

    The Word forever

We look to You, the image of compassion

    And it comes home again

    In You all things stay

You are the dawn of the never ending day

    When the night grows long,
And hope feels out of reach,
    You're holding all creation—
    And You're still holding me.

    You reconcile the broken,
Shed Your blood to made us new,
Your Peace rising from the shadows,
    A kingdom born of You.

Lyrics to "ALl of the Light We See"

    Sunrise will greet us

Darkness is broken by the light

    Blessed is Your name

For bringing sight to the blind

    The horn of salvation

    Saving our kind

    The sunrise will greet us

And guide us into Your light

    You are the Light

    My tongue was tied up

And so I waited, unable to speak

    My faith had dried up

But You are gentle, offering relief

    You opened my lips

    I sang in reply

    The sunrise will greet us

And guide us into Your light

    You are the Light

    Chorus:

All of the light we see

    Streams from Your mercy

Your love descends on the night

    And fear cannot stay

    Shadows are scattered in flight

    Let us prepare the way

    The sunrise will greet us

And guide us into Your light

    You are the Light

    From the shadow of death

    To the rising sun

    Forgiveness in Jesus

    The battle is won

We have the mind of Christ

We have the mind of Christ

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be exploited, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

    Salvation's story

    You took the way down

    The Lord of glory

    You took the way down

    You came down to earth

So we can enter Your rest

    And wait for the day

    Every knee shall bow

    Every tongue confess

    That Jesus is Lord

We have the mind of Christ

We have the mind of Christ

    Lyrics to Eternal One

    Intro

    I hear, and my body trembles;
    At the day of trouble,

    At the day of fear

    When everything falls apart

And the enemy is at the door

And we have run out of time

we have run out of time

    I will rejoice in You

    The Eternal One

    I will rejoice in You

    Verse 1

though the fig tree should not blossom,
nor fruit be found on the vines,
though the produce of the olive fail
and the fields yield no food,
though the flock be cut off away from the fold
and there be no herd in the stalls,

Yet I will rejoice in You

    The Eternal One

Yet I will rejoice in You

    Verse 2

The Eternal Lord is my strength!

On the day of trouble of and fear

He has made my feet strong and steady

    My feet, like the feet of a deer;

He allows me to walk on high places

And I walk with confidence and I stand secure

    I will rejoice in You

    The Eternal One

    I will rejoice in You

    Chorus:

    Oh Eternal One

    Only begotten Son

Who sets my feet to run

    Your saving work is done

    Oh Eternal One

  • Habakkuk 3:1-15 In Wrath, Remember Mercy Rebekah Cageggi sings "Maranatha!"
    2025/11/14

Another rough passage of scripture that describes God's wrath as he judges His people for their actions. Chad digs into this and the similarities to the language from Exodus. Chad encourages to meditate on verse 2: "in wrath, remember mercy". And God has remembered, sending His beloved Son to earth to live and die in our place, rise again and break the cold chains of bondage that bind us all. Rebekah Caggegi sings "Maranatha!" and we look forward to the great day of the Lord when He, the great Judge makes everything forever right.

    Lyrics for Maranatha!

    Verse:

The mountains saw you and trembled

A torrent of waters swept by

The voice I heard from the deepest ocean

    Lifted its praises on high

    And over the ancient pathways

    Eternal hills were sinking low

The tallest mountains were all shattered

When arrows flashed from your bow

    Chorus

    Maranatha! Maranatha!

    You will return

With rays flashing from your hand

    Sending terror across the land

    Maranatha! Maranatha!

    You will return

    And in Your wrath remember

    Mercy, the breath of life

    Mercy upon the earth

    Let there be mercy

    Let there be mercy

    Verse 3:

The sun and moon stood in their place
at the flash of your glittering spear.

You marched through the earth with a fury

You shook the nations with fear

Was your anger against the rivers,
    Indignation against the seas,
    Still Your ways are everlasting

And I fear for Your decrees

    Your ways are perfect

    But I am not

    Without Your mercy

    I am lost

    Chorus

    Maranatha! Maranatha!

    You will return

With rays flashing from your hand

    Sending terror across the land

    Maranatha! Maranatha!

    You will return

    And in Your wrath remember

    Mercy, the breath of life

    Mercy upon the earth

    Lyrics to "Please Restore Us"

    Lamentations 5

    Devastation and chaos

    In the Darkness, our despair

    Saturated with all sorrow

Oh Lord please hear our prayer

    When noontime looks like midnight

And the upside is sinking down

What was hidden on the inside

    Is now scattered all around

    Chorus:

    Oh my Lord, restore us

    Oh my Lord, restore us

If we can't sink any lower

    If the song isn't over

    Please restore us

Our fathers sinned and are no more

Now I hear the knocking at our door

    There is no happy ending

    to this our farewell song

Dawn is coming at your appearing

The Son arises, the darkness disappearing

The redeemed voices swell, in you all is well,

    To sing Your glory

Only Jesus can wake the dawn

When hope is shattered, all is gone

    Jesus renew me

Take my hand and hold on, please hold on

    Chorus:

    Oh my Lord, restore us

    Oh my Lord, restore us

If we can't sink any lower

    If the song isn't over

    Please restore us

    Lyrics to "Sandcastle"

    We walked as the blind

In the streets of the city

    When destruction came near

    Our eyes could not see

    They were the eagles

    And we were the prey

They lied in the name of God

    And we all turned away

    Ever watching, ever waiting

    for a nation

    which we could not save.

    Ever watching
    Our own sandcastle

    Disintegrating

    with wave after wave

I cannot trust in the hands of man

    When man believes in man

Just like wishes in the sand

    They will all wash away

    And who could believe

That those in whom we trusted

    Would practice to deceive

    And lead their sheep astray

    Ever watching, ever waiting

    for a nation

    which we could not save.

    Ever watching
    Our own sandcastle

    Disintegrating

    with wave after wave

    Chorus:

    Light of a better hope

    You arose, Jesus Christ

    Light to a darkened world

You gave me faith, You gave me sight

    Light of a better hope

    Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ

    Ever watching, ever praying

    for a nation

    Disintegrating

    Ever watching, ever praying

    For our own sandcastle

    Disintegrating
