  • If things feel heavy right now… try this (Guided Practice)
    2026/04/05

If things feel heavy right now, you’re not alone 🤍

This is a gentle guided practice to help you come back to yourself — to ground into the present moment, reconnect with your body, and create a little space amidst whatever you may be moving through.

Lately, it feels like so many of us are navigating challenges, both individually and collectively. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotional, or weighed down by life, this practice is an invitation to pause.

Through a combination of guided meditation, breathing technique and reflection, we return to a place of calm, clarity, and steadiness within. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. You’re allowed to put some things down.

    Thank you for being here.

In this practice, we move through:

    • A guided grounding meditation

    • Gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system

    • Light movement and orienting

    • Reflection and journaling prompts

    Journal and reflection prompts:

    • What has been feeling heavy or challenging recently?

    • What themes or patterns have been presenting?

    • What is one small thing you could do for yourself right now?

    • What is one small thing that is within your control?

  • Life can change so much in just a few years...
    2026/03/22

In this episode, we’re reflecting on just how much life can change, even when it feels like nothing is really happening. I reflect on the past few years of life, and recognising how much has shifted. From the outside, it can sometimes feel like things look the same… but internally, everything has changed.

In this conversation, I talk about the importance of zooming out and acknowledging how far we’ve come, especially during seasons where old patterns resurface, emotions feel heightened, and life feels uncertain or chaotic.

I share about grief, change, and the process of letting go — not only of circumstances, but of past versions of ourselves. This episode was recorded during a time of seasonal transition (moving into autumn here in Australia), and also amidst a period of reflection, with themes of the past resurfacing.

I also open up about a deeply personal chapter in my life that changed the trajectory of everything, and how that experience ultimately led me back to myself. This is a gentle reminder that even when it feels like you’re going backwards, you may actually be being shown just how much you’ve grown.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Recognising how far you’ve come (even when it doesn’t feel like it)

    • Navigating seasons of change, grief and transformation

    • Letting go of past versions of yourself with compassion

    • Why old patterns resurface (and what they’re here to show you)

    • The power of reflection, presence, and conscious choice

    • Reconnecting with yourself and your values.

Some journal prompts through the shifting seasons:

    • What is it that I’ve overcome?

    • What have I learned?

    • What are the things I’ve been through that nobody even knows about?

    • What no longer serves me?

    • What are the things that make me feel small?

    • What am I ready to release?
