After a huge away win at St Pats, we go through the nerves, the atmosphere and the awful start the team survived, then the halftime tactical change that turned the game. Are the players finally playing for John Russell?

We also cover the big-game mentality, the crowd flashpoints and the rivalry debate, including whether things went over the line at Richmond Park. Then there's Ali Coote's reckless red card, a close look at the defence options.

On the women's side, we look at the draw with Athlone, Becky Watkins' big equaliser and the standout performers, and then preview whether Shels can finish the job against Galway.

We look ahead to the Sligo game in Tolka Park, why it's a must-win, the mood in the dressing room, and whether the season has slipped into disaster territory. Plus the bigger-picture rebuild: expectations, structures, youth pathways, and some well-deserved praise for Jack Moylan.

We chat about the women's patient win over Waterford, the standout performers, and why goal difference could prove decisive in the run-in.

The Women's FAI Cup Champions! We break down Sean Russell's tactical masterclass, why the team bounced back from two league defeats to lift the trophy, and the standout performances from Mya Sanchez, Alex Kavanagh and Halle Harcourt.

What the cup means for the league run-in and European qualification, the touchline energy on the day, Athlone's response, and the disappointing attendance — timing, pricing, and the clash with the Ireland game all in the mix.

For the men, another 1-1 draw in Galway. The penalty debate, why Shels keep failing to kick on after scoring, the lack of attacking edge, goalkeeping positives, Sean Boyd's situation, and the case for a squad refresh.

The lads unpack the frustrating draw in Galway and ask whether John Russell's shape is actually building toward next season — or repeating old habits. Along the way, we welcome the new Austrian signing, Collie's dispatch from the women's North Carolina friendly and the carnival at Tolka Park, growing worries about mentality, new contracts and what they signal about squad planning, the Paddy Barrett selection question, and a look ahead to Shamrock Rovers. We close on the women's title race and why DLR Waves is a must win.
