Dreaming does not exist in a vacuum, it's in no way separate from the rest of our lives and psyches. Dreaming is trying to help the waking life... but what do I mean by help?

In this episode we explore how I belive that dreaming is trying to help you fulfill the reason that you came here to this world, to aid your spiritual evolution, to grow your healing. Dreaming wants to help you soften ever more into love's embrace...

But all of this only occurs if we believe it to be so. This episode deepens our exploration of how what we believe about dreams, and life, matters in the meaning we make from dreams and the steps we take to weave them.

I dive into a few more of my core beliefs about life and dreams including how:

- We, all human beings and all life, are all related. We are family and we are in this together.

- Dreams are, as Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes says a letter from home that come to awaken us.

- Dreams, and the meaning we make from them, should make us more loving, kind, warm and helpful.

Oftentimes a pattern of devaluing her has been with us for years, decades, lifetimes and generations. This was certainly the case for me. But as I share, these capacities reawoke with the gift of my attention, my intention, a wee bit of instruction and permission by teachers, the plants and Nature herself.
