He also explains the different types of Heaven in Business events and how to know which one is right for you. Whether you're leading a business, a marriage, or both, this episode gives you a clear path to deeper connection and multiplied influence.

    3 Practical Takeaways:

  • 311. Not a Pep Talk: Hearing God in a Culture of Injustice
    2025/09/17

Learn how to hear God clearly and stand firm in a culture of injustice, fear, and compromise. This is not motivation—it’s a call to Kingdom clarity. How to hear God in chaos

Welcome to Heaven in Business, where we help you partner with God at work, build better business, and multiply Kingdom impact.

In this episode, Andy Mason uncovers a widely misunderstood scripture—Habakkuk 2:2—and shows why it's not about writing down your goals or creating a dream board. Instead, it's a call to receive and steward God’s vision in turbulent times. Andy walks through the sobering context of Habakkuk's prophetic message and how eerily similar it is to the culture we live in today. Rather than motivational fluff, this is a summons to surrender, listen, and align with God's purposes—especially in your business decisions.

You’ll also hear the compelling story of a couple who shut down their company and rebuilt it fully surrendered to God—with remarkable results.

    Three Practical Takeaways:

    1. Climb the Watchtower: Make space to hear God’s voice above media noise.

    2. Expect Correction: Don’t just seek comfort—allow God to challenge and realign you.

    3. Write His Vision: Stop pursuing personal ambition and start stewarding divine strategy.

    Next steps:

    1. Don’t just read this, do it. Set aside some time to listen and wait patiently on Him to respond
    2. If you need some help in hearing God’s voice, get yourself a copy of Listen Up! Hearing God at Work and walk through the exercises
    3. Wherever you are, find a local group of workplace leaders who unashamedly put Christ first – above politics, profit and personal desire. If you don’t have this locally, join us online: HeaveninBusiness.com/free-trial

  • 310. Faith & Business Under Fire: Keys from a 6-Year Legal Battle
    2025/09/10

Scripture Anchor: “He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.” — Psalm 37:6 (NIV)

In 2017, Sean and his partners faced what felt like a death sentence for their business. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) launched a full-scale investigation against their investment advisory firm, ten allegations, six years of legal warfare, and public branding as guilty before trial.

But Sean and his team had a word from God: “Full exoneration and dismissal.” That word became their anchor as they refused false settlements, corrected their language from “if” to “when,” and clung to faith in the face of fear.

In September 2023, after years of scrutiny, every single charge was dismissed. No fines. No settlement. No guilt. Just as God promised: full exoneration.

This episode unpacks the journey from accusation to certification, and the Kingdom leadership blueprint it reveals.

    Lessons for Leaders
    • God’s Word Anchors You — A promise bigger than the problem keeps you steady in the storm.
    • Integrity Is Non-Negotiable — Don’t settle for an easier way if it costs your reputation.
    • Systems Prove Integrity — Faith is not a substitute for sound accounting and governance.
    • Community Sustains Courage — You need voices of hope and correction when strength runs low.
Trials Don’t Block Favor — Pressure and promotion often run side by side.
    • Leadership Blueprint
    • Build faith on God’s promises.
    • Build courage in community.
    • Build integrity into your systems before the trial ever comes.

Because under pressure, you don’t rise to the level of your intentions, you fall to the level of your systems.
