Today's episode is all about confidence in riding! I believe having confidence is the key to getting on a horse and guiding it because horses sense our emotions. I broke down a few different scenarios in which confidence can be lost in riding, and I explained why confidence is important to build in order to be able to get back on and try again.

As an intermediate adult rider who started riding to help with her mental health, my goal as your host is to bring out the heart of horseback riding, and really dig into the whys of the sport.
