  • Showing Up When You’re Running on Empty
    2026/02/23

Would love to hear from you! ❤️

What do you do when you’re still responsible… but running low?

In this episode, we talk about the quiet place many men find themselves — still showing up for work, still leading at home, still loving their family — but feeling empty on the inside.

We’ve been taught that good leaders operate from overflow.
But what if faithfulness sometimes looks like showing up when your tank isn’t full?

Looking at 2 Corinthians 12:9 (ESV)“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — we unpack the difference between burnout and disengagement, exhaustion and failure, presence and performance.

This conversation is for the husband who feels stretched thin.
For the father who’s tired but still trying.
For the man who hasn’t quit — but feels close.

You don’t have to feel full to be faithful.
You don’t have to feel strong to stay steady.

    Sometimes leadership is simply this:
    Stay. Pray. Show up again.

  • You’re Tired, Not Weak
    2026/02/02

Would love to hear from you! ❤️

Many men assume that if they were stronger, more disciplined, or more faithful, they wouldn’t feel so exhausted.

But what if your fatigue isn’t a sign of failure?
What if it’s evidence that you’ve been carrying real weight for a long time?

In this episode, we confront a lie many husbands believe quietly: “Being tired means I’m doing something wrong.” We talk honestly about leadership fatigue, overcommitment, and the pressure men feel to stay strong without slowing down.

More importantly, we listen to Jesus’ invitation to rest—not quit, not disengage, but realignment at a healthier pace.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why exhaustion doesn’t mean you’re weak
    • How culture confuses grinding with faithfulness
    • What Jesus meant when He invited us to take His yoke
    • How to identify what you’ve been carrying that God never asked you to
    • A simple 14-day practice to help you receive rest instead of resisting it

Season 3 is about formation, not fixing. And this conversation is for the man who’s still showing up—but feels worn down inside.

    You’re not weak.
    You’re worn.
And Jesus is inviting you to rest.

  • You’re Becoming—and Your Marriage Feels It
    2026/01/19

Would love to hear from you! ❤️

Last week, we talked about this powerful truth: you’re not broken—you’re becoming.
But here’s the next question every husband needs to ask:

What is my becoming doing to my marriage?

In this episode, Paul explores how spiritual formation doesn’t stay personal—it always becomes relational. The work God is doing in you as a son is meant to shape how you show up as a husband. When a man lives from secure sonship instead of striving, his marriage feels the difference.

    You’ll discover:

    • How knowing you’re a son of God changes the way you lead at home
    • Why formation exposes old patterns like control, withdrawal, or defensiveness
    • How marriage becomes one of God’s primary tools for shaping a man
    • What it looks like to lead with security instead of fear
    • A practical way to let God’s work in you bless your marriage this week

This episode is for husbands who want their growth with God to actually change the atmosphere of their home—not just their private faith.
