With a deep passion for the power of cooking food, Simon shares his skills and knowledge to empower others and create lasting change.
Simon talks generously about his 22 years of working with vulnerable people, creating an impact and giving hope through food. He talks about his going to help people experiencing tragedy from the tsunami, to appearing on Dragon's Den to creating Beyond Food.
