Happy and healthy is the term commonly used when you're thriving in life. That's the goal at all times. Here, I want to put the emphasis on the HEALTHY, and talk about how all the wonderful things in life that result in happiness are almost always amplified when you're living your HEALTHIEST life - mentally and physically.

You can't truly be happy in all aspects, long-term, without a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Join me as we have relatable. educational, and motivational chats about how-to and what it means to be healthy and truly care for yourself.

A little about me: My name is Heather Grimes and I am 22 years old. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Health Marketing. I am a certified personal trainer, an international elite powerlifter, and a social media fitness influencer. I work for NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Technology Transfer and I am also an online general fitness, strength, and powerlifting coach. I spent half of college as a pre-med student and was one class short of getting a biology minor. I was a three sport athlete in high school. I am a dog mom of two crazy German Shepherd/Pit Bull Mixes. I also have adhd. I love to paint. I love to knit. I'm a former sorority girl. I enjoy spending time at the lake, walking my dogs, and lifting weights.

I'm really just a hodge-podge of things, experiences, and hobbies, and I don't like to be put in a box. I want to talk about it all - fitness, nutrition, dogs, engineering, adhd, art, powerlifting, mental health, college, advice, women empowerment, conspiracy theories, sorority life, social media, influencing, you name it... let's talk about it.
