    Drea Tremols is the owner of Soul Vibration Massage Therapy and Wellness in Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from the BodySoul Massage and Bodywork School in St. Albans, Vermont and is certified in Swedish massage, deep tissue, ashiatsu barefoot massage, manual lymph drainage, cupping, warm stone, warm bamboo massage and soft tissue release. She has practiced meditation and energy healing work for over 15 years and is a Master Reiki practitioner, as well as a 500 hour certified yoga teacher.

    In the episode, Drea shares about healing from chronic Lyme disease and how it led her to her passion of supporting others with chronic conditions. She shares a wealth of holistic health knowledge on massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, Reiki, nervous system regulation, and more.

    Rebekah Knause, L.Ac., LMT, RYT is the owner of Balanced You Clinic in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is a licensed Acupuncturist with the state of TN and holds diplomate status with the NCCAOM. Rebekah graduated from the Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine and has been a practicing massage therapist for the past 18 years.

    Rebekah was on episode 61 of the show, where she shared all about the healing power of acupuncture. She’s back for a series on the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine, starting with the metal element. In the episode, she shares how the metal element is connected to the fall season, as well as the lung and the large intestine channels of the body.
