It was such a joy to spend time with Nancy Honeytree Miller, affectionately known as the "First Lady of Jesus Music." As one of the pioneering voices of the Jesus Movement, Nancy helped shape a generation of believers through songs that called people into a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Pioneer: The Honeytree Story traces Nancy's journey from a musically rich but fractured home in Davenport, Iowa, through the countercultural fires of the early 1970s, into coffeehouses, festivals, and stages across the world. It's the story of a young woman who found Jesus before Christian music was an industry, signed with a major label before she fully understood what that meant, and kept singing long after the spotlight moved on.
