Hello my dear Cats,
Thank you for joining me today, and for allowing yourself to be so vulnerable with me. This meditation is of course a delicate topic, and I have tried to treat this with the respect and care that it deserves. Body image can be a very difficult thing for many of us to deal with, but I really hope that you find some comfort within this meditation. I believe that through regular practice of this you will be able to develop more confidence, to get to know yourself better and to find appreciation, gratitude and love for all that you are.
