🎙️ Healer's Log: Historical HauntingRestorative Rant: We Cannot Heal What We Refuse to Face

What if the continued gutting of the Voting Rights Act is revealing something deeper than political division?

In this unscheduled transmission, I process in real time what has been historically haunting me: the illusion of solidarity among women, the difference between proximity and genuine relationship, and why movements built on shared outrage alone cannot sustain lasting transformation.

Drawing from my doctoral research, I explore performative proximity, historical haunting, and linguistic betrayal to examine how unresolved history continues to shape our present. From the suffrage movement and Sojourner Truth's "Ain't I a Woman?" to today's political climate, I ask whether we have mistaken gathering for healing.

This is not about assigning blame.

It is an invitation to examine how history lives within us, how language can either reproduce harm or restore humanity, and why healing requires more than agreement—it requires truth, accountability, and relationship.

Because perhaps the question we need to ask today is no longer simply:

"Ain't I a Woman?"

But...

"Ain't I a Human?"

If this transmission challenged you, share it with someone who is willing to do the inner work—not just speak about it.
