He says the defendant, who doesn’t have a license, stole his truck and totaled it. He also claims the defendant hacked his email and sent a threatening letter, causing him to get arrested. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of the truck. The defendant argues the truck was hers, so she doesn’t owe him. Plus, the plaintiff and defendant used to be close friends. She registered a car in her name for the defendant, but then he started racking up parking tickets, so she’s suing for what she’s owed.
