Today in Piney Ridge, Clover, Bev, Edgar, and Tutu threw a surprise hero party for Lilly, Dougie, and Otto.

For an activity, go to a pumpkin patch and have your child find the perfect pumpkin. Have them describe to you what qualities they are looking for. After you get home with your perfect pumpkin, have you child “help” with the carving. Let them pull out the endocarp and describe how it feels. Also, them help choose the design for the pumpkin and have them put a light source inside of it to be lit later.
