LAFC’s final home match of the regular season against Minnesota United is Sunday at BMO Stadium (with a halftime HaFoSaFo listener meetup/photo at the northeast corner!). A highly controversial El Tráfico week featured a toddler LAFC fan hit by a Galaxy supporter on an e-bike, an LAFC fan spitting on an older Galaxy supporter, and a viral “Ni hao” vs “mijo” misunderstanding involving a famous LAFC fan in a big hat. Meanwhile, the West is still a TIGHT TABLE. We look at likely playoff opponents (Dallas, St. Louis, San Jose), LAFC’s road struggles, and Minnesota as a trap game (yeah, I said it). And how we feeling about MLS Cup at this point? Any hope left?

Travis, Vince, and Darren break down a chaotic 2–2 El Tráfico draw that felt like a win and a loss at the same time, with frustration over a first-half goal called back, late offside drama, and ongoing concerns about refereeing and time added on. The big takeaway is how much better LAFC looked after halftime with Sieb playing as the 9 and Bouanga back on the left, creating wave after wave of pressure and chances; Choinière’s influence off the bench also helped, while Delgado and Vasquez draw criticism for turnovers. We take your calls and try to unpack the mixed emotions of a game-winning goal at the death called back to end a playoffs-clinching El Tráfico draw.
