Welcome to Happiness Hacks, The Podcast. I used to wonder: "Can I be Happier? Can I thrive and live a rich, abundant life? Can I dream big and manifest my dreams? The short answer is "Yes I Can".


This podcast was created out of that desire to take action in my life and learn how to be just a little happier or a great deal happier. I no longer wanted to be stuck in my rut of mediocrity. I knew I was worthy of a better, happier, thriving new life.
I spent years of dedication researching the stand-out leaders in their fields and the most respected authors. On my journey to happiness, I discovered beneficial action steps, tools, and life hacks! I used my new tools to enrich my life with deep, meaningful happiness.

Happiness Hack: Every week we continuously make choices both consciously and unconsciously. Our lifelong patterns of behavior and belief systems influence these choices. Your choices, patterns of behaviors, and beliefs created the life you have today. If you want a new life, a life with deep, meaningful happiness, something which you do not have today, you need a new set of patterns, beliefs, and choices. So take time each week and choose to listen for more Happiness Hacks!
