    The Mandalorian and Grogu are the latest feature films in the Star Wars universe. It is the first theatrical release since 2019's "The Rise of Skywalker." It is a continuation of the Disney+ television series The Mandalorian and takes place following the events of season three. It stars Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin / The Mandalorian—who was also portrayed on set by Brendan Wayne and Lateef Crowder—alongside Jeremy Allen White, Jonny Coyne, Martin Scorsese, and Sigourney Weaver. In the film, Djarin and his apprentice Grogu are enlisted by the New Republic to rescue Rotta the Hutt in exchange for information on a target.

    Maul: Shadow Lord is an 8-episode animated series set in the Star Wars timeline. It takes place after the events of The Clone Wars and is before Maul's appearance in Star Wars: Rebels. Maul used to be known as Darth Maul, an apprentice of Darth Sidious in 1999's Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Maul has also appeared in the live-action film Solo. Get all that?
