  • This week, we thought it would be fun to discuss our favourite 1980s movies - as it turned out, the damn thing got pretty long so this is merely Part One. Part Two will turn up next week. And hey… aren’t you in for a treat because in this episode there’s some bonus material at the beginning in which we discuss important topics such as Pot Noodles, which crisps make the best sandwiches and other snacks to help you stay healthy and alive in these testing times. As such, if you feel the need to wander off to grab some yams to see you through the next two hours, knock yourself out.

    Along the way, we also managed to discuss (amongst other things) zombies, discovering that Bernard Bresslaw wasn't actually a wrestler and the repercussions of asbestos poisoning, which goes a long way to explain why it took two hours to run through 10 movies. Don't expect Part Two to any slicker.

    This weeks intro is Hard Times by The Parlor Mob. Great band. Great album. Go find it.
