¡Hola! Me encantaría saber qué piensas, envíame un mensaje de voz.
Nivel A1.5. Sofía y Mateo son amigos y son de la Ciudad de México. Hoy hacen conchas, el pan dulce más mexicano, en casa. Leen la receta y... ¡no tienen huevos! Mateo va al súper. Luego miden la harina, el azúcar y la mantequilla, mezclan, hacen la masa y esperan: la masa va a dormir una hora. Las conchas van al horno y alguien toca la puerta: es Nati, la vecina, una niña muy curiosa. Dos frases clave: «una taza de» y «al horno». Gramática: verbos irregulares en presente (tengo, quiero, puedo, hago, voy). La misma conversación dos veces (lento y un poco más rápido) y tres preguntas al final.

Beginner A1.5 Spanish listening practice. Topic: two Mexican friends bake conchas (Mexican sweet bread, pan dulce) at home, in clear, slow Mexican Spanish: reading a recipe, a missing ingredient (no eggs, a quick trip to the store), measuring flour, sugar and butter (una taza de...), mixing and kneading the dough, waiting while it rests, and baking (al horno). A curious neighbor kid, Nati, smells the bread, knocks and joins in. Grammar focus: common irregular verbs in the present tense (a1-presente-irregular-comun): tengo, quiero, puedo, hago, voy, plus a review of ir a + infinitive, tal vez, negative commands (no hagas eso), demonstratives (esta concha) and the expressions ya llegué, ¿cuándo llega?, órale and está bien. Format: Spanish-only narrator explanations, the same dialogue twice (slow, then a bit faster), three comprehension questions. Timed transcript included.
